Daily journal July 21, 2000, without the darkness the light would not shine as bright.
It takes the night to make the day. It takes the darkness to make light so bright. It takes the sickness to make us well and it takes the valleys to make us appreciate the hilltops. I am invisible especially at Office Depot on Wade Hampton Boulevard at Taylor's where they do not seem to see me or wait on me or know anything about their inventory. This is frustrating when the groups of employees seem to be so much untrained and unmanaged.
Dear Lord, give me patience and understanding with all people to serve God always.
Today I got my car back from Heritage Lincoln with the brakes fixed from dangerously pulling to the left intermittently when the brakes are applied. Along with the car was a bill for $649.00 making my total $1,300.00 to fix this one problem that I believe should be recalled by Ford Motor Co. and I believe they are covering up the number of cars with this problem in models 90-92. A recall would cost them millions of dollars and I believe they prefer to let people die on the highways in town cars rather than admit that they may have imported cheap parts and caused this problem. I have learned of some others that had this problem even though the Service managers said he never has seen or heard of it before. The average person cannot afford to pay such high rates to fix something that should not of been broken. Carmakers these days import parts to save a nickel and risk terrible problems most of them do not show up until the warranty is finished. This case the brake fluid lines were defective and had to be replaced all the way from the master cylinder to the wheels. If this problem happened on a slick road, it could of been serious.

These are the contaminants we battle everyday for longevity. It is mashed potatoes day at Caterran Restaurant. Cooked cabbage blackened with pepper and tap water in the coffee and tea. The beautiful white Irish creamed potatoes admittedly have margarine mixed in it. Every day I eat here I think about days off my life and they add up. I know why must learn to live without convenient Catterran in my body or in my life. To eat at home is dangerous enough just by washing your vegetables in the city water with all the poisons it absorbs. A doctor wrote a book on how to kill your husband legally and it was with the food you serve him plus of course bringing it to him to eat and watch television, the ball game and other programs without exercise. Retirement may be the worst enemy of life when people rest their minds and bodies and have no real drive to keep going and meet deadlines. The will to live seems to die if at a certain age the government has set to retire people off and many of them never collect their Social Security benefits because they die. Every day is fried chicken day at Caterran cooked with Wesson oil, the synthetic fat that the body cannot process. We must and overcome convenient things. Be aware of death when it lurks in the restaurants and buffets across the country. You may run hard and lift your weights but it is hard to out run the damage in dealing with one meal of sugar, flour, fat and table salt. Buy sea salt natural and bulk at your health food store. I believe that everyone needs a lot some of natural salt in his or her system. Eating should be planned well in advance and your kitchen should not contain any of the five whites or any NutraSweet in my opinion. Eat raw and eat right making sure your minerals and vitamins are always adequate to grow your cells as replacements better and younger than the day before. Drink pure spring water and hold no grudge against men or animal. Give away today something every day to make your life happy and complete. Honor God Daily. Serve the living Lord and rejoice in Him as Lord of your life, He lives forever with great glory.
